This is a product that absorbs quickly and is light on my skin. Very hydrating but not oily. When I wake up in the morning I appreciate how soft my skin feels after using this. Nothing else needed.

My favorite serum

I have tried many serums, but like this one the best. Lasts a long time, and is easy to get out of the tube. It goes on like silk and melts into the skin under the moisturizer. It is an essential product for my mature skin and living in such a cold and dry climate.

I use this very sparingly due to the price point. I really do not find much benefit from it.

Loving this serum

My skin feels incredible after using this. Previously my skin was producing oil at night, and after I started using this serum, I am no longer having this problem. After switching all my skincare to Dr.Haushka my skin looks healthier. None of the products caused me a breakout or allergy. This is the only brand I am reordering, all other ones just sit unfinished in my medicine cabinet.

I have used D.H. for about 25 years. I have enjoyed and been benefitted by them all, except this one. I used the Serum for 5 days. I noticed at first the astringent quality, and thought that would be a good thing, then I noticed tiny spiderwebbing wrinkles on my cheek. I went back to the Quince day cream, night and day, and it seems to have reversed the tension. I was surprised and disappointed. I will stick with the lip balm, which is excellent, and the day cremes which have stood the test of time, and keep my skin smooth.

Applies so smoothly

I love Hauschka Night Serum. This is the first time I ordered this product. I use the Hauschka Regenerating Serum, Regenerating Eye Cream and Regenerating Day Cream for my daytime skin care regime and love those products. I noticed that some reviewers did not like the smell of the Night Serum. Although I am quite sensitive to scents I love the herbal refreshing scent of the Night Serum. After evening facial skin cleansing it apples very smoothly and the skin has a thin film that tightens a bit as it dries. As per instruction I do not use any moisturizer at night and although I am in my 70's my skin feels moist, smooth and refreshed.

Improves complexion

My morning face has been definitely better after using this. At first I thought it left my skin feeling too dry and like it couldn't stretch (my face looked great in the morning though), so I gave it another try and when I stopped using the clarifying toner with it, the serum felt better on my skin.

One of the best products ever

This is the third re-order of the night serum. Every time I use it, my skin is healthier and I see results by morning. I get compliments on my skin all the time now. I am so happy that this product is available to us all and it is a permanent part of my skin care regime.

Takes a while but TOTALLY worth it!

I started using Dr H products during chemotherapy, when it became clear my skin no longer liked ANYTHING else. The tip of using a tiny drop of bask or moisturizer first, THEN the serum, made it work for me. I've continued using it for 3+_ years and my skin has never looked so good. I am now using the whole Regenerating line plus Quince and Light Rose moisturizers and I am as happy as can be. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. And you use such a tiny amount that it's not really all that expensive.

Totally makes sense!

Before starting using the Night Serum, my skin felt so dry that I had to put layers of heavy moisturizer on my skin that would "drink" it but it never felt satisfied, no matter how much I would put on. When I use the night serum, my skin feels just right immediately. I wake up with "rosy/ glowy" cheeks, something that would never happen before. I noticed that the blackhead on my nose have almost disappeared. So happy with this product!

I haven’t used Dr. Hauschka products for quite some time. I recently dove back in head first. This night serum was a new product for me. I absolutely LOVE it! It has a nice texture when applying. My skin is radiant and glowing in the morning!

I just started using this product - WOW what a difference! My skin feels & looks smoother!

Good so far

I was looking for something that wasn't heavy but still nourished my skin. The texture is a bit sticky at first but it soaks in quickly. If your skin is really dry, I think you'd still have put moisturizer over it. I know Dr Haushka subscribes to allowing your own skin oils do their job overnight but sometimes one just needs a little more. So far it works for me without additional moisturizer but I wonder how it will do come winter in NYC.

The four stars is just because the bottle seems small- and I will probably have to reorder it long before the other facial care products. This is such a nice light serum for use at night. I hate heavy creams and this seems to keep my face balanced and hydrated. I love the actual natural effective ingredients and the smell is heavenly!

The way the night serum is being packaged invites a lot of waste: Once I opened the tube, I was unable to close it again. Another invitation for the precious product to dry and become like glue or too much come out of the opening when I push gently on the tube. Night serum is the only of your great products I experience that problem with.

A little goes a long way. I use it after using the eye makeup remover, cleansing milk and clarifying toner to remove the daytime face stuff. It is non greasy and so clean feeling.

too drying, no result

I understand the way Dr. Hauschka uses alcohol is to gently dilute their active ingredients. It works for me with the toner but not for a leave on product. I have used this for a good 4 weeks and I did not see results. I found it slightly drying and the finish is sticky. No major irritation on a positive note!

I really love this serum. I didn't really understand what this product was- but it is a serum. A clear thin product that goes over your skin. Not heavy at all but nice and moisturizing. Not heavy. I've been using it for about a week and my previous weekly breakout has cleared up and I feel my skin is smooth and more balanced. I look forward to cleaning my skin at night to use this. Plan on purchasing again in the future.

Feels really nice

My skin feels so soft after using this. I am new to the Dr Hauschka approach to nighttime skincare and only using the toner and this serum after washing your face. It has a nice slip to it that easily spreads on the face, very gently. My skin does not look oily in the morning and feels really soft. Will buy the larger size.

Baby skin

Using the "no oil products at bed time" routine with this night serum has balanced out the oily spots and dry spots on my face. It was difficult to wrap my head around not lathering a bunch of junk on my skin before bed like I'd always done, but after a week of using this lovely, light night serum, I'm a believer. My husband has even noticed and is so happy that I've found a product with which I'm satisfied!

The Night Serum is thicker than the day serum, but I'm not sure it absorbs as fully as the day. My skin is very dry and I live in an area with high humidity so I sweat a lot when working outside. I think I need more time using to reap the full benefits.

Fantastic Product - Super Sensitive Skin

Being 52 I have been battling "a while" against the usual perils of aging particularly when it comes to my skin: - dry, loosing elasticity, more lines, new wrinkles, red patches, dull etc... Having always suffered from extremely sensitive skin - where I generally get some sort of reaction to specialist products - I was hesitant to try the Night Serum BUT I am so glad I did. My skin seems to absolutely love it. It glides on, smells and feels great and I wake up every morning with I dare say 'happy skin' that looks like it has had a restful, regenerating nights sleep. I am purchasing my second tube of this miracle cream and will keep you posted! So far SO GOOD!

Balancing for combination, overly-sensitive skin

There are very few products that don’t burn and irritate my very sensitive skin, and this is one of them! I received a sample and it was soothing going on at night. In the morning my skin felt less dry and also less oily (very balancing). I am just giving it a four because I didn’t use it long enough; however, I suspect that if I purchase a full-size bottle, I could easily give it a 5!

A great way to get back into night care

I went cold turkey and didn't use any cream at bedtime after years of using heavy creams for night care. This is a wonderful and sensible way to soothe your skin at bedtime.

I'm so happy with this product! In the spring and summer I put it on right after I wash my face with the cleansing milk (in the winter I get really dry and use argan oil instead). It feels a little odd right after I put it on, but in the morning my face feels so soft! I'm hooked!

I was once a believer in using moisturizers at night, this serum definitely changed my mind. The application of this is smooth and easy to apply. Immediately, I felt my skin tightening. I did not have any residue or sticky feeling after waking up in the morning. I love this product!

After years of heavy night moisturizers, I used the Rhythmic Night Conditioner for sensitive skin and after that I switched to use the Night Serum. I find my skin looks healthy and feels good when I wake up in the morning, huge difference from having dry skin even when using heavy moisturizers. Very happy with this serum.

Rebalances skin

I like the idea that less is more and respecting the philosophy our skin is able to rebalance without heavy night care. The night serum absorbs quickly and while my skin feels a little tight initially, this feeling soon disappears and my skin is left feeling soft with a subtle glow. I have also noticed that any skin redness and small pimples calms down or disappears overnight with the serum. Great product and good value. My last tube lasted close to eight months.

I have used a lot of serums out there, including one of the most expensive. Dr. Hauschka's night serum is the best I've found, and leaves my skin looking fabulous the next morning - dewy and healthy.

Night Serum is almost like a mask to the face. I apply generously over night and do not need any other product. In the morning my skin is tight and radiant.

I instantly loved this

Even after the first use of this product, I knew I'd be hooked. It goes on absolutely weightlessly (probably because it's oil free?) and gives my skin a smooth and silky feel, which is a great feeling as the night winds down. So far this is definitely worth the investment.

I have tried a couple of serums in the past but they always made my sensitive oily skin break out. This is the complete opposite. I really see how water based night creams allows your skin to breath and clear out so to speak. I have seen such a difference in my skin in the morning. Can't wait to order more.

I love how my skin feels in the morning

This is a product that I didn't think I'd like at first. When I put it on, it instantly dried into my skin, and I felt like I basically put nothing on. It felt a little tight, but that was it. I was disappointed considering the cost of the product. However, the magic comes in the morning. Every morning since I've started using this serum, my skin feels soft and looks healthy. It's not greasy or dry. It seems balanced if that makes sense. I really like this product, and you really only need to use a pea-sized amount.

When I first started using Dr. Hauschka products they didn't really have a night product, and my esthetician just recommended the cleansing milk at night. That worked pretty well for me, but I still felt like something was missing. Since the night serum has been available I've noticed that my skin feels firmer, softer, and smoother in the morning. I'm glad to have found this product!

Great additon to the Dr. H. Products Family

I have been using Dr. H products for over 10 years. I follow the "no moisturizer at night" protocol and just use the toner or a mask after cleansing. My skin looks so healthy. In the winter months, though, my skin felt a bit dry. When this product was released I tried right away and it has solved that one issue I had in the winter in my night routine. Won't Close After Opening

This product is difficult to open and once open, it no longer can be closed (AT ALL). Very expensive product that needs a lot of work on the opening. 2nd time this happened with the same product. Waste of money...

Part of my night routine

Love this product! Has been using it since a couple of years ago. It helps me wake up with a better looking skin. I’m trying to apply it at least 4-5 times a week.

Sticky texture

This seems to be a good product for night care, but its texture leaves my skin feeling a little bit sticky. Overall, I think it works well with the rest of the products.

I wish there was an alternative

Night Serum makes my skin feel very tight straight after using it and I don't feel that it does anything for my skin overnight. I would be happy to see some sort of alternative.

Surprising Results

I have used the night serum for two weeks. After the first night, I noticed my skin felt smooth and looked refreshed. My skin continues to improve each night and I am delighted with the results.

A little goes a long way

This method of skin care is foreign to me. Spritz on toner, no moisturizer at night, mask comes in powder form, massage on cleaner don't scrub, etc.,. BUT...I am loving it. I have oily blemish prone skin and I'm 40. I love the smell of the night serum, the consistency, and how fresh and firm my face feels. I do not feel oily OR dry at any point. Also, I feel a slight tightening sensation about 5 minutes after application. I should note however that my face does not get dry. Usually I would associate a tightening sensation with drying, but not so with this product. I envision my skin firming and plumping and wrinkles erasing! Wishful thinking perhaps, but my skin is glowing and breakouts are disappearing! (I use cleansing cream, clarifying intensive treatment, melissa Day Cream with 1 drop of clarifying Day oil, and night serum in evening. Oh and clay mask once every couple weeks. Melissa Day Cream and Night Serum are a tie for my favorites.

Caused a Skin Reaction

As a Hauschka client for over twenty years in both the UK and US, I never dreamed I would have a problem. I purchased this on a whim while in Whole Foods Market. I tried it for three consecutive nights and it caused an angry red blotchy reaction with weird dry patches. Whn I attempted to return to WF, they told me they had changed their policy on returns. I then attempted to have it retuned to the Hauschka offices. I was given odd instructions to send it back for an exchange and to INCLUDE MY CC # for shipping! This has left me in a bit of a problem as I have loved these products for decades but feel pretty tossed aside. Sad that this wasn't handled better.

The Night Serum is a new routine for me. I have used oil at night so it took a few days to get used to a light serum. My skin adjusted and feels more renewed in the morning, which was a surprise to me. I also love the scent, very light and soothing.

Tight Feeling

I recently purchased this at a local department store where it came in a small kit along with the Cleansing Milk. This is my first time using Dr. Hauschka's products and while I love the cleanser, I don't care for the Night Serum. As alcohol is the second ingredient listed, it made my sensitive/mature skin feel tight and dry. I would only suggest this for individuals with very oily skin.

After cleansing with the Soothing Cleansing Milk, I gently massage the night serum over my face. My skin glows in the morning. After a month of treatment, my skin feels renewed in tone and health.

I've been using many of the Dr. H products including this one for over a year now and all I can say is WOW does my skin feel and look great.

Immediate results

I was very surprised to see a noticeable improvement in my skin after the third night. When I woke up on the fourth morning, the redness on my cheeks was nearly gone. I have had these visible sun damaged capillaries for years and was resigned to living with them. My skin looks and feels wonderful after slightly more than a week of use. I will continue to use this product!

Soothing, moisture retainer

This is a great serum around eyes and all over face, but I do add moisturizer on top because I live in an area with very bad water with a lot of chlorine in it, and my house has air heating, so my skin becomes dry as a bone, and I must use moisturizer at night. (I know that Dr. Hauschka recommend skipping moisturizer at night, but I think that only people who have good mineral water flowing into their houses and heat that is not air-based can get away with that; certainly many people in the US need moisturizer at night on top of this wonderful serum!)

Night Serum

I love my night serum. It moisturizes, firms and helped eliminate a rash when nothing else worked, including prescription meds.

Uncomfortable

The serum is very thin, smells ok. When applied it tightens my skin and makes it feel very uncomfortable. It's a shame there is nothing better, like a water based moisturiser.

Great Product

This is an excellent product. After using it a few days, my forehead lines seem less prominent and it makes my skin feel so smooth.

Soothing night serum

Love this product except there is no enough in the tube to last the entire month. It leaves so your skin soft and smooth, with less wrinkles. Excellent product.

Undecided

There are things I love about this product, particularly that it seems to combat eyelid droop and is easy to apply. But the scent really bothers me. I know that others have commented on how much they like it, but to me it is the only Dr. Hauschka product that doesn't feel natural. It has a fruity smell that I associate with drugstore brands.

Amazing

I noticed a difference after using it twice, and I absolutely love it!!! I highly recommend it. It's made a huge difference in my skin. This should be part of everyone's night skin care. Hands down the best!

Great glow

It has a very nice texture and goes a long way, so there is no need to worry that a tube is so small. I have a nice glow every morning when I wake up. Additionally, I am pregnant and feel very confident using this product without being harmed.

Exceeded my expectations

Love It!

This is one of my favorites in the Hauschka line of facial products. When you apply it to your face at night, it doesn't really appear to be doing much of anything. It's a clear gel that goes on easily and you need only a tiny bit of product. The real difference is when I wake up in the morning. My skin looks fresh and smooth. I'm very impressed with this product and will continue to use it.

Delightful

If you have acne prone skin, do not hesitate on buying this. I have not had a single break out since using this product. It makes my skin feel awesome and has even softened some fine lines and old acne scars. LOVE!!!!

My skin is restored and balanced again!

I love this new nighttime product--the feel, the delicate smell, and especially the results. My skin is sensitive, and I must work hard to keep it moisturized since developing Rosacea. My greatest struggle has been at night, when I've had to apply moisturizer to keep my skin from drying out. I worried about making my skin moisturizer-dependent, but I really had no choice. After trying this product for a week, my skin became cool and balanced again. Now I need only apply moisturizer during the day!

I love the fact that my skin feels moist and able to breath at night when wearing this. The next morning there is no puffiness. It seems to be helping with sagging and wrinkles.

As soon as I saw this advertised I immediately ordered... My daughter and I both think it delivers!! We both exclusively use Dr hauschka skin care.. With me using regenerating line... I would love to see new things continue to be developed.. Sunscreen comeback?? That was the best!!!

I have been using the facial toner and rose day cream for day and just the facial toner at night. I revelry received a sample of the night serum and I love the way my skin feels in the morning. I will definitely be purchasing. My skin varies between dry, normal and sensitive depending on the season.
