When does my skin need intensive treatment?

Skin prone to acne or redness or mature skin affected by changes related to menopause are all good reasons for an intensive treatment. But you don’t have to wait until your skin signals for help. A good rule of thumb is one intensive treatment yearly per decade of life. If you are in your forties, four intensive treatments a year is ideal. But for everyone, we recommend at least two intensive treatments a year: one in spring and one in the autumn – to match the changes of season.
