Antiperspirant-free, Sage Mint Deodorant avoids the use of pore-restricting aluminum in favor of sage and witch hazel extracts, two naturally effective components for odor control. The gentle formulation helps adjust skin pH to discourage odor production while offering a light, fresh scent from pure essential oils.

Formulation: Enlivening mint and sage essential oils provide a long-lasting feeling of freshness. Sage and witch hazel extracts work to control odor caused by skin bacteria. Low alcohol formulation will not irritate skin or leave white stains. Tapioca starch helps absorb moisture.

Usage

Apply deodorant to the underarms using a gentle back and forth motion. Repeat application as needed.

The best around!

I love the sage mint deodorant! It is the best that I have found. I have been using it for over a year and really enjoy it. The smell is amazing and it really works well even in the summer and through my "getting" older season.

Works great! Worth the price

I only use a natural deodorant after a serious health scare. I tried this one from Dr Hauschka because the others I tried from the drugstore were sticky, and failed from eliminating odors, which is the main purpose of a deodorant. I visited Dr Hauschka because of their reputation for quality natural products. I tried both the rose and mint scents. Both are good. I prefer the sage mint. It also doesn't strain my clothes and smells herbal fresh. Expensive, but worth it. Now, this is the only deodorant I will buy. Thank you, DH!

Works great

We’ve been using Dr.Hauschka Sage Mint Deodorant for several years now. Most natural deodorants that we have tried have not worked well, but this one works great (even over multiple days) and doesn’t irritate our sensitive skin. I also like the fragrance very much, but it seems like it may be fainter than it used to be.

I've used other natural deodorants and in general this one does not do an outstanding job for its price.Works for couple of hours.Pros: - it does not stain clothing- Comes in a glass container which can be recycled after removing the plastic topper.Cons: it only lasts for couple of hours, so needs to be reappliedThe fragrance does not smell fresh enough to mask the armpit smell

Outstanding product

The best I’ve had

My title says it all. I tried maaaaany. All not good enough or really bad. This one checks all the boxes. I have to be put a lot now for work. Who experienced summer in Arizona will know for sure what a deodorant needs to survive. It’s hot! After many hours of sweating I don’t look presentable, but my odor does. Moreover, my clothes don’t smell. I’ll be a long term customer!

Finally!

Living no in Florida, I sweat a lot! I’ve used antiperspirants for most of my life and have occasionally tried “natural” deodorants unsuccessfully because of irritation. Trinny Woodall recommended this product, I tried and love! No irritation. No odor. Beautiful smell!

An effective and great deodorant.

I was having a reaction to some solid deodorants recently ( natural as well) and needed to find one that agreed with my body. While I'm not a fan of roll-ons this one drys fairly quickly and is completely effective. I've had no reaction to it and I'm super happy!

Didn't work at all for me

I have recently started using Dr. Hauschka skin care products (love them!) so I was excited to try this deodorant, not only because the skin care products have worked so well for me but because a friend raved about this deodorant. Unfortunately, for me, it did not work at all. I may have well been wearing nothing at all. I have gone back to using another aluminum-free deodorant stick which uses arrowroot powder (plus shea butter, essential oils, etc.), which I find works better for me. I really wanted to like this product but I can't say anything good about how it worked for me, except that I liked the scent. Perhaps this product works well for those with a different body chemistry from mine.

Works okay

On a quest for natural deodorant. Getting healthy This one works better for me than the rose. The rose smells pretty but I have to reapply it midday. This one works all day provided not nervous. Not worth the money

Sorry guys. I liked the scent, but that was pretty much it. It doesn't make me as itchy as other brands do, but my skin still doesn't react well with this. Have to reapply 10-12 hours after first putting on after a shower. And the search continues...

Give it a chance to work

I have been using this deodorant now for 6 months. Whenever I have tried a new deodorant it takes at least a month for your body to adjust. I have also noticed it depends what fabric your shirt is that you are wearing. With synthetic blend blouses you do get some sort of odor, but I find this to be true with any deodorant you use. Overall I am pleased with this deodorant and have suggested it numerous times. When I find it on sale I stock up! If you are looking for a natural product I highly recommend!!!

Worth Every Penny

Like others, I've hesitated buying because of the price. I decided to buy it for my teenage daughter as a Christmas stocking stuffer. Now I've purchased another one for myself. We have tried every natural deodorant out there and the only one that worked at all was the crystal rock deodorant. Then I found out that it is actually not aluminum free (contains a different type of aluminum) so I kept trying different ones. This deodorant WORKS and really is good for you. If it can work for a teenager, it will work for everyone! It's worth the money.

Appalling

I was so disappointed after paying good money for this product and use the foundation. Rose day cream. Night serm and cleanser and toner from this company I showered dried myself and placed under my arms as I had lumps so this came recommended I went out for dinner but by themail time I walked down sat at the table is got this horrendous smell I had no idea where it was coming from. Until my face lit up to realise it was myself I had to leave the restaurant and go back and shower again then my husband used it the next day to prove me wrong he was back home in one hour it was disgusting. I give 100% to all your other products but this does not work.

DID NOT WORK FOR ME!

I read multiple reviews before buying the Sage Mint Deodorant. Since the reviews were mixed and all women body are not created equal, I decided to give a try; hoping it would work me for....and it did not.I'm 45 years old. I work in an office environment and sit 11 hrs/day (that include my daily commute). Therefore, I don't to any kind of exercise that requires a strong protection. I practically breath if I compare myself with some active women. Well, surely enough after applying the deodorant, I could smell myself after 3-4 hours. Not fun for self-confidence. I still haven't finished the bottle and use it only when I stay home.The smell is refreshing and dry almost instantly. It's a very expensive product and my faith Dr. Hauschka's brand and my desire to stay away from synthetic products compelled me to try. However, I recommend any dissatisfied client should get a credit.

Skeptical but now a believer

I always wanted to try a more natural deodorant that didn't irritate my skin but feared it wouldn't work, but after giving the sage mint deodorant a try, I'm a believer. More natural deodorant can and does work. Plus it smells just as good as all the other Dr. Hauschka products I love.

Very good for aluminum free deodorant

Lasts up to 9 hours; no need to reapply. Just make sure the axilla is clean and dry before application. Also, let the deodorant dry completely after applying and before putting on clothing.

Smells nice but doesn't deodorize

I purchased this because reviews said it worked well for bad underarm odor. Although it smells nice it does not work for long. Within 4 hours I noticed underarm odor. I am dissapointed, I hoped I had found something good.

Very happy with this product!

Yes, you will still perspire; I want to make sure we are clear on that front. Let me tell you that even though you may perspire, you won't smell a thing! Even in the Sunshine State of Florida, with high heat and oppressive humidity (still love it here), I did not smell an odor! I have been doing regular, paranoid sniff-checks all day long since 8/9/15, and asking my friend to please let me know if I need to "go freshen up" - and nada. Even after light to moderate exercise - in the air conditioning- I did not smell. Note, the lemongrass/basil scent will fade quickly (within an couple hours). That is certainly fine with me as I would rather smell my perfume or lotion. Although I don't like sweating sometimes during the day, I would still get misty or even full on sweat with antiperspirant anyway; I'm just one of those people who sweat. Also, I did not experience irritation after shaving; maybe a little, mild tingling. I feel better about putting this on my skinI really like this deodorant thus far!

Love it, Love it, Love it

I have been using Dr. Hauschka's deodorant for about 3 years now. Great deodorant, kind of expensive, but it is worth every penny and it keeps me throughout the entire day. I switched to Herban Cowboy for about a month because they stopped selling Dr. Hauschka's deodorant at Whole Foods Supermarkets. I thought Herban Cowboy was going to be just as good but it wasn't. It caused a lot of underarm itching, irritation and scarring for me , so I immediately stopped using it. Did some research and found I could order Dr. Hauschka's online through their website. Now I'm HAPPY again. :-)

Absolutely Love!!!

To actually smell fresh, rather than the usual odd powdery chemical smell most deodorants have is fantastic!!! It left no stains on my clothing and dried pretty quickly. I am highly recommending to friends. Thank you!!!!!

My new best friend

I work 10 hour shifts and hit the gym afterwards and it stood up to the test. The smell did fade, but there was no unpleasantness. It is still not perfection but sure is close.
