Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, Inc authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

If you have purchased the product from a store, salon, spa or web site that retails Dr. Hauschka Skin Care Products we encourage you to contact that location directly to process your return. If you are unable to return the product to the location of the original purchase then you may be able to return the products to Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, Inc.
We will accept return on product(s) that were purchased at an authorized Dr.Hauschka Retailer* within the last 45 days.
