Return Policy

Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, Inc authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
 
Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were purchased through eBay or any other unauthorized retailers of Dr. Hauschka Skin Care Products. If you have any questions about Authorized Retailers, please contact our Customer Service Department.

You may utilize the courier of your convenience. Dr. Hauschka Skin Care is not responsible for product returns lost in transit.

Products purchased directly from Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, Inc.:
If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from Dr. Hauschka Skin Care via the phone or our web site in the last 45 days then you may send the product back to us for refund or exchange. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
 
Please include the following with your return:
  • Reason for return
  • Customer Number, Name, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Phone Number
  • Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to an order of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
  • If you prefer a credit card refund please provide Credit Card number, expiration date and security code or we are happy to  call you when we receive your return to collect that information
  • If you are requesting a refund check, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing and mailing of the check

Product purchased from a Dr. Hauschka Skin Care Authorized Retailer:
If you have purchased the product from a store, salon, spa or web site that retails Dr. Hauschka Skin Care Products we encourage you to contact that location directly to process your return. If you are unable to return the product to the location of the original purchase then you may be able to return the products to Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, Inc. 
 
We will accept return on product(s) that were purchased at an authorized Dr.Hauschka Retailer* within the last 45 days.  Credit or refund amount for products returned will not exceed the Suggested Retail Price set by Dr. Hauschka Skin Care. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
 
 Please include the following with your return:
  • Dated sales receipt,  invoice or other proof of purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Name, Address and Phone Number
  • Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to the purchase of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
  • If you prefer a credit card refund, a dated sales receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase is required.
