Is there a minimum to place an order?

No, there is no minimum wholesale order, but if you would like free shipping, your order must total $200.00 or more. Orders under $200.00 are charged a $15.00 shipping fee.

What is the shipping cost?

Orders totaling under $200.00 are charged a $15.00 shipping fee. If you would like to avoid the shipping charge, your order will need to be $200.00 or more.

When will I receive my order?

Your order should arrive within one to five business days from the day it is placed. Orders are shipped from our distribution facilities within one to two business days. Orders typically arrive one to three days after leaving our facilities.

If something is out of stock, do you back order?

Sorry, we do not use a back order system. However, you may re-order out of stock items. Ask a Customer Service Representative to estimate when the product will be back in stock. We will waive the $200 minimum order requirement for free shipping on the re-order of any product that was out of stock at the time of your original order.

I currently pay for my orders with a credit card or by COD, can I be billed? How do I apply for credit terms?

What literature is available to give away to my customers and how much does it cost?

We have a variety of support materials available to you at no cost. Please contact your Account Manager or a Customer Service Representative to order the Dr.Hauschka Catalog, our Advanced Options or Remedies Brochures, shelf talkers, consultation cards, facial care plans, Decorative Cosmetics plan, press clips, and more. There are also posters, display units and other items available for purchase.

Can my order be expedited?

With standard processing and shipping, customers will receive their order within 1 to 5 business days. This includes one to two days processing and, depending on your location in the US, shipment by either UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day Select. There are two ways to receive your order more quickly. You may select expedited handing. For a $15.00 expediting fee, your order will leave our facility the same day. You must place your order before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time to receive same-day processing. For faster delivery, you can also choose to upgrade from standard shipping. our carrier offers 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Overnight service options. Once your order is placed, your Customer Service Representative can calculate the additional cost of these shipping options.

Do you offer an employee ordering program?

Current employees of stores, salons and spas with active Dr.Hauschka wholesale accounts may place personal orders at wholesale pricing. Employees should contact our Customer Service Department and state that they are placing an Employee Order. Please have your employer's Dr.Hauschka Customer ID number ready. Orders are processed in the employee's name and must be charged to the employee's personal credit card. A $4.50 flat rate for shipping is charged. Employee orders are shipped to your store/salon/spa to the attention of the employee. We do not ship employee orders to the employee's home or other addresses.

My business is moving, what is the process for updating my information?

Your Account Manager or the Business Development Specialist will need to approve your new location before we can update your information and ship product to that location. Please first contact your Account Manager to inform him or her of your new business address and the date you will begin doing business from that address. If you currently do not have an Account Manager you may contact the Business Development Specialist by calling 800-247-9907.

I have a question about my invoice, whom do I contact?

If you have a question regarding payment of an invoice, please contact our Finance Department at 800-247-9907, extension 134. If you were incorrectly charged for an item, did not receive an item that was invoiced or an item ordered did not appear on your invoice, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-247-9907 and we will be happy to assist you.
